#### BILL FETCH API WORKFLOW

* NPCI sends the Bill Fetch Request to BOU.
* BOU forwards the Bill Fetch Request to Biller.
* Biller sends the Bill Fetch Request Acknowledgement to BOU, immediately upon receiving the request.
* After Biller processes the request, the resulting Bill Fetch Response is sent to BOU.
* Once BOU receives the Bill Fetch Response, an Bill Fetch Response Acknowledgement is sent to Biller.
